Flower Haul is a boutique Gold Coast florist, specialising in lush and abundant floral design. Sourcing high-quality flowers and botanicals to create a full sensory experience, for you and your guests.
Inspired by our innate connection to the Gold Coast and the natural beauty that surrounds, we create considered designs, while looking after our local growers and adopting sustainable practices. With a down to earth, no fuss approach to floristry, our goal is to provide you with high-quality flowers and the very best service and experience to match.
For years Lisa had pen to paper as a Gold Coast journalist, copywriter, and PR specialist, while her passion for botanicals bubbled away. While working as a property writer, she entered the interior design and flower world and noticed there was a huge gap in the market for ordering fresh, simple, yet modern florals on the Gold Coast. Structured and traditional floristry seemed to dominate the industry.
Lisa took the reins of a then Brisbane based Flower Haul in 2022 and has since grown the business from a predominately retail based operation, to the beautiful brand you know and love today. After an increase in demand, Lisa and her team now specialise in brand launches, editorials, weddings, corporate conferences, and special events.
When not in the studio, you will find Lisa at the beach with her husband and two little girls, Eva, and Chloe.

Just like there are seasons in nature, there are seasons in life. Flower Haul is proudly female founded, owned, and run. We believe women and mothers have a very special place in the work force and always look for ways to support women in business, particularly in the season of motherhood. Many of the hands that work on our beautiful installations and editorials, are those of talented Gold Coast mums.
Working with local flower farmers
Deeply connected to our community and environment, we strive to minimise our footprint on Mother Nature and support the future of our local flower farmers. Flower Haul chooses to work with Southeast Queensland growers including The Love Garden, September Peony, Redlands Fresh Flowers and the hardworking teams across the Gold Coast and Brisbane Flower Markets.
Progressing in Sustainability Practices
We are continually adapting to new floristry norms and implementing emerging sustainable practices. We value progress over perfection and choose to seek out new ways of minimising waste. We do this by limiting our use of floral foam and single use plastics. Instead designing with reusable mechanics including ceramic vessels, chicken wire, portable flower towers, flower frogs and eco-friendly packaging. We are committed to taking continual steps forward in our journey towards sustainability.
Quality over quantity
Our focus is on creating luxurious floral installations. Rather than offering a fast turnover of sub-quality floral bouquets, we value quality over quantity. We see the importance of individuality for every project and particularly for weddings. We only ever take on one per weekend. That way we can offer our clients the very best service and use our time to source the very best flowers available. Our clients appreciate slow flowers and high-end details.
