Flower Haul offer fresh, seasonal blooms that are always picked fresh from the flower markets, along with a range of everlasting/dried flower arrangements, and fun gifts.
We are now delivering solely to Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
We offer same-day delivery to our delivery suburbs on the Gold Coast, as long as orders are placed before midday. (Some delays with courier companies may occur, which are unfortunately out of our control). You may also order for any future date you choose by selecting your preferred delivery date in the calendar on each product page.
For same-day deliveries, you must place your order by midday 11am, AEST.

Every single email and message is important to us, and we respond to all of them as quickly as possible. But sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours during busy periods so please be patient.

We’re not a traditional florist, so we don't provide your typical, heavily styled floral arrangements that you may see in a traditional florist. We think that flowers in their most natural state are much more gorgeous. In our flower shop, you’ll find a selection of the freshest, seasonal bunches, which are handpicked straight from the flower markets. We offer both single-type market bunches and mixed bunches that feature a blend of flowers and foliage. We encourage you to get creative at home and style your market flowers to suit your taste.
We are focused on seasonality and freshness and what's available at the flower market each morning. This means your bunch may vary from the pictures you see on our website. All our images online are for example purposes only.
For this reason, we can never guarantee exact colour combinations or stem variations. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us right away so that we can resolve any issues.
The number of stems will vary depending on the type of flower you receive. Please refer to the individual flower descriptions on each product page for more details on what stem amount to expect.
We are extremely proud that we deliver flowers that could not possibly be fresher. However, in the same-way that you’d need to care for flowers if you were buying them from the flower markets or farmers’ market, you will need to also care for your flowers in your Flower Haul deliver. We do ask that you show your flowers a little TLC once you receive them. Please follow our Flower Care Guide to ensure you can enjoy them for as long as possible.
Some people do have allergies to some flower types, so if you know that you have particular flower allergy, please do not order the type of flower that you’re allergic to. If you’re ordering from our subscriptions range (where we choose the type of flower for you), you may like to shoot us an email to team@flowerhaul.com.au as soon as you've placed your order, and we’ll do our best to exclude this specific flower from your flower delivery.
Seeds, of course! But really. Our flowers are sourced directly from the flower markets on the Gold Coast and occasionally Brisbane.
Our most commonly asked question! There are two peony seasons a year - around May/June and October/November. You can find them in our fresh flowers range when they're available. But they are never around for too long, so if you see them... run, don't walk.
The flowers you order include signature wrapping in our custom flower sleeve and flower box, plus a note card with your message (add your message on the cart page).

A request for cancellation must be placed in email to hello@flowerhaul.com.au. We're happy to refund 100% of the purchase price paid if you cancel an order at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. If a cancellation notice is received at less than 48-hour notice, cancellation is immediately void. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
If any changes are required, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date to ensure there is enough time to accommodate any changes. We reserve the right to not accept changes to orders for delivery on special events, including but not limited to Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Orders cannot be changed on the day of delivery.
If we don’t deliver a bunch happiness to you (either by way of flowers or your experience), we’ll do our absolute best to make up for it. It’s important to keep in mind that we're dealing with a natural product and that flowers in general can be a bit delicate and unpredictable. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please email us right away at team@flowerhaul.com.au so that we can resolve any issues.
We will do everything we can to make sure that every single Flower Haul experience is a happy one. But we're not perfect, and from time to time, hiccups do happen. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your flowers or the experience, please contact us as soon as you can to report the problem, and we will help with an appropriate solution. We've partnered with third-party courier partners in order to get your flowers and gifts to their desired location lickety-split. All of our fresh flowers get picked from the flower markets and arranged simply, yet beautifully before they head out the door on a zippy journey to make someone's day. All orders are sent in our custom flower box which keeps the flowers happy and hydrated in a water source during their trip. Our courier partners are committed to ensuring our deliveries arrive as safe, securely and as fast as possible.

We do. However, you’ll need to provide ALL the necessary details, which will often include a specific room number, ward/wing number, department, building name and level, as well as a phone number. We cannot take responsibility for flowers that cannot be delivered due to a lack of information provided. Please also ensure you check with the hospital on their pollen policy. Some hospitals do not accept flowers.
Our available delivery days are Monday to Friday. We don’t deliver our flowers on weekends or public holidays. Occasionally, public holidays may affect deliveries and in these cases, your flowers will arrive on the next business day.
We have a flat fee of $12.95 for all deliveries. This is passed on in full to our third party couriers.
To qualify for same-day delivery, your order MUST be placed before 11am.
If any changes are required, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date to ensure there is enough time to accommodate any changes. All orders will be delivered between 7am and 7pm for residential addresses, and between 9am and 5pm for business addresses. Unfortunately, we don’t allow to select a specific time for your flowers to be delivered. We're happy to deliver to either a home or office address – just use the most appropriate address during the checkout process. Our flowers are wrapped in a hydration pack to ensure that they remain fresh, and carefully placed in a custom-made box to protect them so they will wait happily for you to arrive home if you’re out during delivery.
Flowers are a perishable product and can be affected by the weather, particularly in warmer months. We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition, so we do request that your orders be shipped to an address where someone is present at the time of delivery. We can either deliver to your office or your home – just use the most appropriate address during the checkout process. Once you place your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. We accept no responsibility if no one is present at the delivery address to accept delivery. Our couriers are instructed to leave the box at the address, whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or stolen as the result of the recipient not being available and the parcel being left outside upon delivery.
We offer one delivery option, which is Authority To Leave. This is because the flowers are perishable and we don't want them in transit longer than they need to be, or sitting at a depot or warehouse for extended periods. We ask our couriers to please leave the box in a safe place out of the weather/sun/heat. Please read our Delivery Policy which includes all the details you'll need to know.
Our flowers are wrapped in a special eco- friendly hydration pack, which will keep those stems fresh and nourished until they arrive at their destination. The bunches are then wrapped in brown kraft paper sleeve, tied with twine or ribbon and placed in our gorgeous, signature flower box, which has been designed to protect the precious cargo inside. All you'll need to do is unwrap the flowers, trim the stems and dunk them in fresh water. It helps to also follow the flower care instructions provided with the box.
We pick all our flowers to order, fresh from the flower markets. Most types of flowers are still in bud form when they're cut from farm and picked from the flower markets. This means you're getting your flowers as fresh as what your local florist does! The best bit, you'll get to enjoy the whole blooming process and the flower's whole vase life. Just be sure to follow the flower care instructions that come with your flowers.
We work hard to ensure your blooms are delivered on time, every time. Please note, that our partner courier network controls your flower haul delivery once it has left the Flower Haul studio. And while we strive for amazing service from start to finish, we cannot control the couriers' operations, or weather, traffic and other unforeseen issues that sometimes cause delays. Ultimately, we cannot ever guarantee a certain time of the day, or on a certain day.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We’re also now offering Afterpay, which allows you to send or receive fresh flowers now, and pay for them later.

Absolutely. We securely process all payments using Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification, as well as PayPal and Afterpay. These payment gateways allow us to accept credit card payments without ever having to store your personal and sensitive data on our servers. This means you're always protected.
